My fee is $200 for each 50 minute therapy session. In some cases when longer sessions are indicated, fees will be adjusted accordingly. Payment is made by Stripe credit card payment and is due at the end of each session.
I reserve a limited amount of my caseload for sliding scale services and for clients with CALVCB reimbursement. Please contact me to learn more.

I do not accept insurance. I am an out of network provider and can provide a "superbill" or statement of fees you can submit to your insurance company (FSA, HSA, etc.). Please contact your insurance company to determine their coverage for out of network therapy.

Session structure and content will vary depending on each client’s needs, circumstances and preferences. I like to work collaboratively with clients to find the right flow for our work together. Our work may include mindfulness or breathing exercises, movement, writing prompts, spirited dialogue or supportive silence. Whatever the format, I invite feedback along the way to ensure client’s needs are met.

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes.
I meet with clients at minimum, once per week. I prefer not to meet bi-weekly as it can hinder the pace and flow of treatment. In some instances, clients may require additional support beyond once a week sessions or longer sessions to accommodate the therapeutic work (i.e. for EMDR processing). An increase in the frequency or length of sessions will be considered and collaboratively determined on a case by case basis.
